Location
: Pune

Experience:
Minimum 5 years (Automotive Industry)

We are seeking a
highly skilled QMS Manager / Quality Auditor
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
QMS documentation
,
IATF 16
, and hands-on experience in driving quality processes within the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities in alignment with
    IATF 16949:2016
    or
    ISO 9001
    standards
  • Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with relevant QMS requirements
  • Manage and maintain QMS documentation and records effectively
  • Ensure proper implementation of IATF clauses and core quality tools across functions
  • Conduct
    PPAP
    for
    NPD
    parts
  • Support cross-functional teams in implementing corrective and preventive actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality

Key Requirements:

  • Certification in
    IATF 16949:2016
    and/or
    ISO 9001
    preferred
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of
    IATF clauses
    , and
    Core Tools
  • Hands-on experience in conducting PPAP for new development parts
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
