Key Responsibilities
As a finance associate at SharePal, you will work closely with the finance team.
Accounting & bookkeeping: Assist in preparation of accounting records such that they are accurate and up-to-date in line with company policies and accounting standards.
GST compliance: Prepare GST data and assist in filing returns accurately and on time.
TDS filings: Prepare TDS data and support in accurate and timely filing of returns.
Vendor & partner payments: Ensure timely and error-free payments to all partners and vendors.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for procurement, invoicing, vendor contracts, and asset partner program.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (graduated in 2023 or later).
Relevant internship or work experience in finance is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles.
High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and a structured, process-oriented approach.
