About the Role
We are hiring an experienced female Inside Sales Executive to handle telecalling and lead generation for our IT hardware solutions – CCTV, laptops, and printers. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the field sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate leads.
- Explain product offerings (CCTV, laptops, printers) and fix appointments for field sales.
- Maintain customer details and interactions in CRM.
- Support the field sales team by following up with prospective customers.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates only (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / telecalling.
- Preferred background: IT hardware / CCTV / electronics / B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills in English + local language.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.

- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
