Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analytics implementation, including documentation & prototypes.
- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Select suitable databases (SQL/NoSQL) and tech stacks for analysis.
- Build & refine ML/DL models with predictive & auto-learning capabilities.
- Generate insights & support business strategy decisions.
- Create data visualizations for web & mobile platforms.
- Present outputs via demos/prototypes in review meetings.
- Integrate analytics with transaction systems.
- Ensure quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Deploy & train LLMs, implement RAG pipelines & vector databases.
- Stay updated on AI, LLMs, and agentic AI trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5–7 years in data science with project leadership experience.
- Strong in statistical modeling, ML, DL, Python/R.
- Skilled in SQL/NoSQL & big data tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector DBs preferred.
- Strong communication & stakeholder presentation skills.
- Banking domain experience is a plus.
