We are seeking a Senior Content Manager who can take ownership of our content strategy and storytelling efforts across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly creative thinker with strong editorial judgment, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to craft content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
You will lead the end-to-end content lifecycle — from ideation, planning, and creation to optimization and performance tracking. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring all content aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and audience needs.
Key Responsibilities- Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports overall marketing and business goals.
- Plan editorial calendars and campaign-specific content roadmaps.
- Identify new content opportunities, trends, and formats that engage target audiences.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content across channels including blogs, social media, website, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Write and edit compelling copy that resonates with different audience segments.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content touchpoints.
- SEO & Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for organic visibility and keyword relevance.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to align content with brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage external writers, editors, and freelancers to deliver on deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Brand Storytelling:
- Shape and evolve the brand voice and narrative across all content.
- Develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, case studies, and blogs that establish authority in the industry.
- Performance Measurement:
- Analyze engagement metrics and content performance reports to refine strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven analysis.
- 1–8 years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or digital marketing roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing content teams, editorial calendars, and end-to-end content workflows.
- Deep understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content performance analytics.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives tailored to different audiences.
- Proficiency with CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console), and social media management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and design synergy.
