Job Description

Be part of a multidisciplinary content design team within Microsoft Teams product organization. As a Senior Content Designer, you will lead the creation of clear, cohesive, and user-centered content for meeting and collaboration experiences in Microsoft Teams-including chat, channels, live meetings, recordings, and integrations. You'll define and evolve messaging frameworks, terminology, and content systems that scale across surfaces and user types.

You'll partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to shape seamless user journeys that empower people to connect and get work done-whether they're in real-time conversations or collaborating asynchronously. This role blends content craft, strategic thinking, and systems design to help ensure Teams is intuitive, inclusive, and impactful for millions of users around the world.
