Role: Frontend Engineer MarTech (React with / TypeScript)

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

We are looking for a candidate on building user-centric applications that enhance our customer intelligence capabilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring we capture accurate customer event data and provide powerful internal tools that enable our teams to build personalized customer experiences.

Responsibilities

· Be the primary engineer responsible for the frontend tagging of all customer events.

· Work closely with the Segment team to define and implement the tracking plan.

· Collaborate with data engineers to ensure event data is accurately captured and lands correctly in the Snowflake data warehouse.

· Manage the integration of Segment with other third-party tools, including attribution systems, email marketing platforms, and sales tools.

· Build and maintain internal frontend tools that provide marketing, sales, and product managers with direct access to customer intelligence services.

· Develop tools that enable internal customers to create and manage audiences for marketing, customer experience, and sales campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

· Strong experience developing single-page applications with React and backend services with / TypeScript.

· Hands-on experience with frontend event tagging and customer data platforms like Segment.

· Familiarity with data flows and collaboration with data engineering teams.

· Experience integrating with third-party APIs for tools like attribution, email marketing, and sales platforms.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
