About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and target-driven Outreach & Registration Associate who can help us onboard educational institutions for our national-level online contest. The role involves strategic digital networking to bring maximum student registrations — no physical visits required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach schools, colleges, and coaching centers nationwide.
• Build connections with teachers, coordinators, or management for bulk participation.
• Communicate contest benefits, prize structure, and registration process effectively.
• Plan & execute digital outreach campaigns (email, calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain records of contacted institutions and registration outcomes.
• Achieve defined registration milestones and reporting targets.

Requirements

• Proven communication and outreach experience (sales, partnerships, or education background preferred).
• Strong network in education, training, or youth engagement sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent persuasion & relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting targets remotely.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus.
