Product Owner – Enterprise Data Integrations

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the design and delivery of integrations between enterprise systems—including CRM, KYC and Onboarding, Core Banking, Payments, AML, Fraud, and Data Warehouse platforms—with a newly built Operational Data Store (ODS) platform.
The Product Owner will define the data flow and integration strategy, manage the product backlog for ODS components, and ensure that the platform becomes a single, trusted, and consumable source of enterprise data across the bank's ecosystem.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Lead the end-to-end integration roadmap for the ODS, enabling connectivity with upstream and downstream systems.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define data requirements, ownership, and consumption models.
• Partner with system owners (e.g., KYC and Onboarding, CRM, Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Risk) to establish API contracts, data mappings, and synchronization rules.
• Define and prioritize user stories and technical enablers for ODS ingestion, transformation, and publishing layers.
• Work with data architects and engineering teams to align integrations with enterprise data models and governance standards.
• Ensure ODS integrations meet SLAs for data freshness, quality, lineage, and compliance.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and production readiness for each integration release.
• Champion Agile and data-driven delivery practices, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Drive scalability and reusability of data integration patterns for future expansion.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• 8+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services IT, including at least 3 years as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven experience with data integration and API-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of Operational Data Stores (ODS), Data Lakes, and ETL frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CLM (e.g., Fenergo), Core Banking, CRM, AML, and Fraud platforms.
• Experience defining data contracts, schemas, and transformation logic.
• Hands-on exposure to integration technologies (e.g., APIs, message queues, data pipelines).
• Strong collaboration skills with data modelers, architects, and developers.
• Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
• Background in Banking data domains such as Customer, Account, Transaction, and KYC.
• Experience in Financial Crime Compliance (CDD/EDD/AML/Fraud) and Data Product Management.
• Proven contribution to enterprise-scale data modernization or ODS implementation programs.
• Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) and Regulatory Reporting systems.
