CareerCells is an experiential learning initiative that helps students become future-ready innovators through engaging programs in Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence, and Entrepreneurship, aligned with NEP 2020.

Our mission is to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving skills through hands-on, project-based learning.

We're looking for passionate freelance trainers to conduct the CareerCells Innovation Bootcamp, designed to introduce students to the world of technology and innovation.

You'll facilitate interactive sessions that cover robotics, coding, AI concepts, and entrepreneurship, helping students design and present their own creative projects by the end of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Robotics Facilitation
    Conduct engaging sessions introducing robotics fundamentals (motion, sensors, automation).
  • Guide students in building simple LEGO or paper-based bots and prototypes.
  • Ensure safe, interactive, and inclusive participation during all activities.
  • Coding & AI Training
    Teach basic coding logic using Scratch or Blockly platforms.
  • Conduct beginner-friendly AI sessions using Google Teachable Machine or similar tools.
  • Help students integrate simple AI ideas into their projects.
  • Entrepreneurship & Branding Mentorship
    Teach fundamentals of innovation, branding, and pitching.
  • Help teams create names, logos, and slogans for their projects.
  • Mentor students in developing short pitches and presentations for their showcase.
  • General Facilitation
    Collaborate with the CareerCells core team to ensure smooth session delivery.
  • Maintain classroom engagement, energy, and teamwork.

  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to student teams.

  • Skills & Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Design, or related fields.

  • Prior experience teaching or mentoring students (preferred in STEM/AI domains).
  • Familiarity with robotics kits (LEGO/Arduino) and coding tools like Scratch/Blockly.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools such as Teachable Machine or ChatGPT.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Passion for inspiring young learners through practical, creative sessions.

  • Compensation
    Freelance / Session-Based Pay — determined based on experience and expertise.

  • Payment provided per session after completion of assigned sessions.

  • Additional logistics or travel support available if required.

  • Commitment
    Duration: 1 Week (5 days - 2 Batches per day × 2 hours per batch)

  • Preparation: 1–2 days of trainer briefing and setup before sessions
  • Reporting Location: CareerCells HQ — 27th Main, HSR Layout, Bengaluru
