About the Position

The Senior Engagement Associate – AI, Machine Learning & Coding will play a key role in supporting the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in AI, Machine Learning & Coding in Panchkula( Haryana). The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating AI/ML skilling programs, fostering industry collaborations, engaging with academic institutions, and driving applied research and innovation. The role requires a strong technical background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and Coding, while also focusing on program execution, stakeholder engagement, and workforce upskilling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with AI-driven startups, IT companies, EdTech firms, and research organizations to support CoE initiatives.
• Liaise with universities, technical institutions, and coding bootcamps to develop structured AI/ML training programs.
• Engage with government agencies, CSR partners, and funding bodies to facilitate seamless program execution.
• Assist in designing and delivering AI, ML, and coding bootcamps, hackathons, and certification programs.
• Organize hands-on workshops in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Data Science, and Deep Learning models.
• Facilitate mentorship programs with industry experts, data scientists, and AI researchers to enhance learning outcomes.
• Support students and faculty in developing AI-driven research projects and real-world applications.
• Assist in publishing research papers, white papers, and case studies in AI/ML domains.
• Coordinate with industry partners for live projects, AI solutions development, and innovation challenges.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of AI skilling programs, student progress, and industry collaborations.
• Prepare reports and insights for funding agencies, government stakeholders, and academic partners.
• Ensure compliance with program objectives, funding policies, and accreditation guidelines.
• Promote the CoE's initiatives through seminars, AI summits, digital outreach, and social media campaigns.
• Engage with students, AI enthusiasts, and professionals to increase participation in CoE programs.
• Develop newsletters, blogs, and case studies showcasing AI innovations and impact stories.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Certifications in AI, ML, Data Science, or Python-based Machine Learning frameworks will be an advantage.
• 2-4 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Coding, or skilling programs.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, Computer Vision, and Big Data analytics.
• Experience in coordinating AI training programs, industry-academic collaborations, or research initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, coding practices, and real-world applications.
• Experience in curriculum design, training coordination, and research project execution.
• Excellent program management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of government skilling initiatives (Skill India, AI for All, Digital India, Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, NEP 2020).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550, ₹940,000.00 per month
