Responsibilities:

• Collect parcels, packages, or food orders from the warehouse, store, or restaurant.
• Deliver items safely and on time to the customer's location.
• Plan the most efficient route to ensure timely deliveries.
• Use GPS or delivery apps for navigation.
• Handle all items carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Verify the accuracy of the delivery item and address before dispatch.
• Greet customers politely and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Collect payment (if applicable) and obtain customer signatures.
• Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and reports accurately.
• Update order status in the delivery app or system.
• Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, van, etc.) clean and in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Ensure the secure transport of items during delivery.
• Coordinate with dispatch or the warehouse team for instructions.
• Inform customers or managers about any delivery delays or issues
