**Responsibilities**:

- Collect parcels, packages, or food orders from the warehouse, store, or restaurant.
- Deliver items safely and on time to the customer’s location.
- Plan the most efficient route to ensure timely deliveries.
- Use GPS or delivery apps for navigation.
- Handle all items carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Verify the accuracy of the delivery item and address before dispatch.
- Greet customers politely and ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Collect payment (if applicable) and obtain customer signatures.
- Maintain delivery logs, receipts, and reports accurately.
- Update order status in the delivery app or system.
- Keep the delivery vehicle (bike, scooter, van, etc.) clean and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Ensure the secure transport of items during delivery.
- Coordinate with dispatch or the warehouse team for instructions.
- Inform customers or managers about any delivery delays or issues
