Location: Indore (on-site). Job Description : We're looking for a skilled Senior Unity Developer with 2.5+ years of experience to join our team. You'll be responsible for leading Unity-based development projects, managing a team of developers, and optimizing interactive applications and games across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and deployment of Unity applications and games (mobile, PC, VR/AR).
• Manage and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Write efficient, maintainable code and optimize for performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Unity technologies and industry trends.

Key Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in Unity development with proficiency in C#.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, performance optimization, and cross-platform development.
• Experience managing and mentoring a development team.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with mobile (iOS, Android) and VR/AR platforms is a plus.
