Job Description:

  • This position plays a key role in providing recruiting support for Microchip Bangalore.
  • Use various recruitment channels to attract and recruit candidates for all positions
  • Use detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro active market research and on going relationship management
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.
  • Vendor Management
  • Managing recruitment activities through applicant tracking system

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • Ability to work independently and manage requisitions
  • Effective Communication Skills–written, verbal and presentations
  • Advanced computer skills, proficient in MS office applications with a high level of expertise in Excel as well as any HRIS System
  • Excellent multi tasking abilities and detailed oriented, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
