Role Description
: The
Project Manager for ICT & AV
Technologies will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities
:

Oversee all facets of
Audio-Visual & IT
projects.

Act as primary contact with the company and ensure that all contractual commitments are met.

This position is responsible for managing the schedule requirements both externally, with the client, and internally, with the Project team.

Create and maintain project status reporting and planning.

Will be responsible for overall project planning, ,stakeholder management, risk management, quality assurance & documentation.

Create project plans and ensure that project teams meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with the Purchasing Team to ensure that all equipment items have been ordered, and to track the delivery in order to meet project deadlines

Skills & Requirement

  • At least 5+ years in Project Engineering and implementation of Audio Visual Projects & at least 3 + Years as Project Manager
  • Graduate (Preferably B.Tech/ Diploma in Electronics or related field)
  • Good technical/visual modelling skills to represent ideas visually through info-graphics other diagrams
    • Ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously
