Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, build and maintain client relationships, support business development, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to align goals and deliverables. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills to achieve consistent and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client management, customer service, and relationship building
  • Experience in sales, account management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and common business software
  • Capable of working independently and handling challenges effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role will be an advantage
