We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant/banquet operations, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
  • Take food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
  • Upsell menu items through suggestive selling techniques.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and table setup in the service area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Process billing and handle POS systems.
  • Assist in banquet events, room service, and other F&B operations as required.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and grooming standards at all times.
