About the Role

We are looking for a
Meta & Google Ads Executive
to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The role involves hands-on ownership of campaigns, performance analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to drive measurable results for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword research, and develop effective targeting strategies.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Implement optimization strategies related to creatives, bidding, budgets, and audiences.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Manage tracking sheets for budgets, leads, and overall campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, new ad formats, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Working experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and campaign structure.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
