Data Governance and AI Lead

Define the requirements, oversee and validate:

  • Data & AI Governance policies & standards to align with client organisation strategies
  • Guardrails implementation in AI for the customer needs
  • Sensitive data masking for PII information
  • Role based access control to data using AI and dashboards
  • Acceptance criteria for hallucination, bias
  • Audit log for tracking how is the data being accessed and how are users viewing, editing, searching the data
  • Data security and access control aspects e.g. encryption, storage, row-level, column-level
  • Oversee compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards such as GDPR, SEC, etc.
  • Work with security teams to ensure encryption, key management, and secure access to sensitive data
  • Take a lead in Data Life Cycle Management initiatives
  • Metadata management frameworks to maintain business, technical and operational metadata
  • Take a lead in Data Catalog solution using Databricks Unity Catalog
  • Establish processes for data profiling, anomaly detection, and remediation workflows
  • Report on data quality health and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Environment AWS & Databricks

it is fine if new person do not have knowledge on Data Quality & Metadata/Catalog management.

However person needs to take care of other Governance aspects like Security, Privacy & Compliance including multi regional needs

The person should have played the governance lead role (for GDPR or ISO in Data & AI projects.
