Business Development Intern – Futuresmith (Onsite | Behala Flying Club, Kolkata)

Futuresmith, a fast-growing digital marketing and brand management agency, is inviting applications for the position of Business Development Intern
. This role provides hands-on exposure to client acquisition, brand strategy communication, and growth-focused operations in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Behala Flying Club, Kolkata


Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Mode:
Onsite


Compensation:
Performance-based incentive
(based on
business expansion and client onboarding
; no fixed stipend)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and conducting market/industry research.
  • Support outreach initiatives through calls, emails, and social interactions.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with leads and partners.
  • Help develop proposals, pitch decks, and business communication materials.
  • Represent Futuresmith in client meetings, collaborations, and activation events.
  • Work closely with the branding and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated to meet targets.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Must be able to commute daily to Behala Flying Club.
