About the Role:
We are looking for an
AEM/AC Quality Assurance analyst.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies, as well as identifying and documenting defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both client requirements and industry standards.

Position Overview
The AEM/AC Quality Assurance analyst is responsible for the quality and reliability of AEM-based solutions developed by the team working with Marketing Content, primarily with email and push Channels. Would also require hands on knowledge on working with Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard and basic understanding of Hybris/PIM systems to manage end to end flow. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies, as well as identifying and documenting defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet both client requirements and industry standards. The AEM QA analyst will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and the product manager to execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify and report bugs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality AEM solutions. Good exposure to Retail/Ecommerce domain also would be expected.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for AEM projects. Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and product manager to understand requirements and define testing objectives. Identify areas for automation and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Functional and Regression Testing: Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of AEM assets functionality and workflows. Perform validation of content authoring features asset management and ensure end to flow of email delivery on different email client and cross-device compatibility of AEM-AC-driven Email Content. Ensure end to end flow push notifications on different iOS and Android devices. Exposure to Email testing tools would also be required.
• Accessibility and Security Testing: Conduct accessibility audits to ensure AEM applications comply with WCAG and other accessibility standards. Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Defect Management: Document and track defects using issue tracking systems, such as JIRA, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Verify bug fixes and ensure that resolved issues meet quality standards before deployment.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to AEM and QA methodologies Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of QA practices within the organization.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its core components, including Sites, Assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Campaign Standard while understanding email and push communications
• Understanding of Product Life Cycle/ Product information management in Ecommerce systems.
• Experience with testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including but not limited to Selenium, JUnit.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate solutions effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Adobe Campaign or related areas is a plus.
