This is an individual contributor role, and we are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can effectively coordinate with our USA Team. A reference CV is attached for your review.

Job Description :

  • Coordinate cross functional team and manage projects, including print production.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between designers, production team, Graphic Managers, and vendors.
  • Manage project timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and keep all stakeholders informed of status updates.
  • Ensure projects adhere to brand guidelines, production standards, and quality expectations.
  • Assist in graphics planning and version control of design files.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, presentations, and creative reviews.
  • Liaise with print vendors and other external partners to coordinate production timelines and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any specialisation.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a graphics creative environment.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design).
  • Familiarity with project management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of printing processes, and creative workflows is a plus.
