Job Description:

● Design print and digital materials such as layouts, logos, brochures, social media graphics, and website visuals

● Translate creative direction and project briefs into polished visual designs that reflect the brand's tone and style

● Develop visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

● Support the production of photography and imagery for use in design projects

● Clearly communicate design ideas to internal teams and occasionally to clients

● Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to support larger campaign initiatives

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, offering design ideas and feedback

● Manage multiple deadlines, delivering quality work on time and with attention to detail

Qualifications:

● Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

● Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

● Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design

● Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to easily communicate in the English language

● Comfortable working cooperatively within a team and independently while remaining open to feedback and direction

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

● Familiarity with AI tools

Education & Work Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

● 2–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)

● A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding, print, and digital work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
