About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated DevOps Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT team. The candidate will be involved in software deployment, automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and cloud infrastructure monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who has a good understanding of software development, Linux systems, and cloud concepts — and is eager to learn real-world DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Support deployment and automation using Ansible, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Work closely with developers to streamline the build, test, and release process.
  • Monitor system performance and report on resource usage and reliability.
  • Learn and assist in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code (IaC) efforts using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Document processes and configurations for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of Linux / Unix systems and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP basics).
  • Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of networking, servers, and monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn automation, scripting, and cloud technologies.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Candidates with DevOps / Cloud / AWS certifications will have an added advantage.
