About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RPA Architect to lead automation design, development, and implementation across enterprise projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution ownership, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Lead end-to-end RPA solution design using UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism.
  • Define automation architecture, workflow standards, reusable components, and best practices.
  • Assess processes, identify automation feasibility, and propose optimized solutions.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of automation frameworks.

Technical Leadership

  • Guide and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review code, workflows, architecture documents, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex automation issues and drive performance improvements.
  • Oversee deployment, Orchestrator configurations, and environment setup.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Work with business teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
  • Conduct PoCs, automation assessments, and ROI analysis.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (infra, product, QA) for smooth implementation.
  • Provide high-level estimates, project plans, and progress reports.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Establish RPA governance, coding standards, and documentation frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and change control.
  • Continuously evaluate new RPA capabilities, AI/ML integrations, and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–12 years of total experience, with 3+ years in RPA architecture/design.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Deep understanding of workflows, selectors, exception handling, and REFramework.
  • Experience in orchestrator setup, queues, triggers, robots, and multi-environment designs.
  • Expertise in process assessment, PDD/SDD creation, solution diagrams, and estimations.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, SQL, VB/C#/Python scripting for advanced automations.
  • Experience integrating RPA with OCR, AI/ML, and custom applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath Advanced Developer / Solution Architect certification (preferred).
  • Background in software development, systems design, or enterprise automation.
  • Experience in cloud automation (Azure/AWS), AI-driven automation, or intelligent document processing.
  • Exposure to large-scale migration, hyperautomation, or COE setup.
