Job Description – Data Expert (Data Modeller + Data Analyst)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Expert
with a strong background in both
Data Modelling
and
Data Analysis
. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions. This role requires an individual contributor who can effectively work with business and technical teams, ensuring high-quality data models and artefacts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end
    data analysis
    and
    data modelling
    (conceptual, logical, and physical).
  • Engage in
    requirement gathering
    , elicitation, gap analysis, effort estimation, and solution design.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into
    technical and data-driven solutions
    .
  • Design and maintain
    database structures
    , data flows, and data mapping documentation.
  • Develop and deliver
    high-quality data models
    aligned with data governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, traceable, and reliable
    metadata and data artefacts
    .
  • Work independently as an
    individual contributor
    with strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Act as a
    liaison between business and technical teams
    , ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and adaptability in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
