Role & responsibilities:

Operations Management

Monitor and manage the daily functioning of EV charging stations.

Coordinate installation, commissioning, and activation of new chargers.

Ensure uptime, efficiency, and reliability of all charging infrastructure.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

Work with hardware suppliers, maintenance teams, and installation contractors.

Coordinate service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Handle escalated technical or operational issues from customer support teams.

Ensure a smooth customer experience at public and private EV charging points.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.

Monitor charger health using remote monitoring tools/platforms.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track usage data, downtime, energy consumption, and operational KPIs.

Generate reports for internal use and regulatory compliance.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure that all equipment meets local safety and environmental standards.

Support regulatory audits and reporting.

Software & Platform Management

Collaborate with software teams to manage the charging management system (CMS).

Support updates, diagnostics, and firmware upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related fields.

Technical Knowledge of EV chargers, power systems, or electrical infrastructure.

Problem-Solving for on-site and remote troubleshooting.

Project Management for coordinating deployments and operations.

Analytical Skills to assess performance data and optimize operations.

Customer Service Orientation for resolving user issues.
