Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time on-site role. The QA Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products by performing manual testing, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute manual and exploratory test cases for new and existing features.
  • Design and develop test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements, executing a full spectrum of tests including functional, UI, compatibility, and API testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using bug tracking tools.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure software quality standards and best practices are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Provide timely and meaningful feedback on the usability and functionality of software products.
  • Setup, deployment, and maintenance of test environments.
  • Deliver test reports, evaluate product quality risks, and provide quality assurance for version releases

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in manual testing and software quality assurance.
  • Experience in developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans.
  • Proficient in API testing and skilled in using tools such as JMeter and Postman etc.
  • Familiar with SQL and common database operations, capable of performing data-related tasks and validation independently.
  • Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Junit)
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Solid knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, or similar).
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Strong domain knowledge in ERP and FinTech systems.
  • Solid understanding of load testing, performance testing, and security testing practices.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred.
