Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive in the R&D department. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulation, design, development, and evaluation of personal care products. Key responsibilities include:
  • Utilizing expertise in cosmetic formulations to develop new products and designs, incorporating innovative technologies and staying abreast of market trends.
  • Analyzing personal care products and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Leading the entire R&D formulation process, from initial design to product technology transfer to the manufacturing unit.
  • Managing communication with raw material suppliers and ensuring a strong grasp of raw materials involved in formulation.
  • Working independently and driving innovative projects to align with market demands.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and all regulatory documentation protocols.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Overseeing quality control and quality assurance parameters of products.
  • Conducting systematic planning for multiple projects and meeting project deadlines.
  • Being an expert in sensory evaluation of personal care products.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good computer proficiency.
