Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement automated workflows using Python, SQL, and Power Automate. Integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise applications.
  • Maintain and optimize existing automation processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify automation opportunities
  • Integrate automated solutions with internal systems and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Provide training and technical support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
  • Stay current with updates and best practices in Power Platform, Python, and SQL; make recommendations for continual improvement.
  • Assist with documentation, reporting, and user guides related to automated workflows and processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Functions to extend automation workflows using serverless computing models.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proficiency in Python scripting, SQL queries/stored procedures, and Power Automate
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot complex workflow issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver functional automation solutions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation, systems integration, or business process automation.

PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application.
