About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Automation and AI Workflow Developer to support the building of smart internal tools, workflows, and virtual assistants. You will work on automation projects, digital process optimisation, and AI tool integrations across different departments. This is a role for someone who is curious about AI and automation technologies and wants to work on the cutting edge of operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Build and manage automations using low-code/no-code platforms (such as Zapier,Make.com, Airtable, Voiceflow, etc.). - Configure and integrate APIs between marketing, CRM, and internal platforms. - Assist in developing basic AI-driven tools and chatbots using third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). - Write simple Python scripts where needed to bridge tools or customize automations. - Manage data flows and ensure smooth handoffs between automated systems. - Document workflows and maintain clear operational processes. Requirements: - Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Voiceflow (or willingness to learn quickly). - Basic to intermediate Python skills (especially for automation scripts, API integrations, and data handling). - Familiarity with using or setting up APIs. - Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to designing workflows. - Interest in AI and digital transformation technologies. - Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have (Bonus Skills): - Familiarity with OpenAI GPTs, Hugging Face APIs, or similar AI platforms. - Understanding of marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads) and CRM tools. - Experience building basic chatbots or AI assistants using available tools.
