  • Crowd Strike sensor upgrade on end points
  • Handling Security Patching on servers
  • Alert Analysis
  • Working with ground support teams on real time threat detection
  • McAfee Policy and Client task administration.
  • McAfee user login issue
  • Bit locker encryption Validation on End point.
  • RCA preparation for P1/P2 incidents.
