youre open and borderless naturally inclusive in how you work with others Required Technical and Professional Experiencexc2xb7 3 to 5 years of experience in IT or network security especially in web filtering or security platforms xc2xb7 Basic understanding of web security concepts DNS HTTP HTTPS protocols and web traffic filteringxc2xb7 Exposure to Skyhigh Security McAfee MVISION Cloud and Cisco Umbrella Experience with other web proxy solutions is a plus xc2xb7 Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills with an ability to learn and adapt quickly xc2xb7 Serve as the first point of contact for web security issues related to Skyhigh and Cisco Umbrella Log incidents track them and ensure timely resolution or escalation to L2 support when needed xc2xb7 Monitoring and Alerting Monitor the performance of the Skyhigh and Cisco Umbrella platforms including traffic logs alerts and reports for suspicious activities or performance issues Preferred Technical and Professional Experiencexc2xb7 A degree in Information Technology Cybersecurity or related fields or equivalent practical experience xc2xb7 Work closely with L2 and L3 support engineers to escalate complex issues and share relevant information for resolution xc2xb7 Communicate effectively with users to understand issues provide status updates and ensure resolution timelines are met Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than
