We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Relay Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and revenue growth within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive sales performance, foster long-term client partnerships, and deliver exceptional value. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales processes for relay-based logistics solutions, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners within the transportation and logistics ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, particularly with enterprises and strategic accounts, to expand market penetration and strengthen brand presence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
  • Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and report sales metrics and performance against targets, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that balance client requirements with organizational profitability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering consultative solutions and insights that improve efficiency and optimize their supply chain operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–9 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries with a strong understanding of relay models in supply chain management.
  • Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with a track record of building long-term, value-driven client partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
