Requirements:

  • 2 years experience as a business analyst is mandatory preferably in an IT company
  • Education : B.Tech +MBA (Finance) + Business Analysis (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, UX Design, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret user needs and suggest innovative UX solutions.
  • Creativity and a knack for bringing fresh ideas to enhance user experience.
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and the ability to visualize and suggest new UX concepts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering and UX Conceptualization: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product and UX requirements. Suggest innovative UX concepts that translate user needs into engaging and user-friendly designs.
  • User Needs Analysis: Engage with users to understand their needs, pain points, and requirements. Analyze user feedback to identify trends and insights that will drive product and UX improvements.
  • Ideation and Visualization: Contribute to brainstorming sessions andbring new ideas to the table. Visualize new product features and enhancements that address user needs and market demands, with a focus on creating intuitive and innovative user experiences.
  • Feature and UX Definition: Assist the product and technical teams in defining new product features with a strong emphasis on UX. Ensure that features are not only aligned with business goals but also enhance the overall user experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to bring fresh UX ideas into the product development cycle. Ensure seamless integration of new UX concepts and features.
  • Market and UX Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and user behavior to provide data-driven insights. Suggest UX improvements that can set our products apart in the mark
