Job Title: Production & Quality Engineer (Fabrication & Sheet Metal)

Location: Alandi, Pune

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee fabrication and sheet metal production processes.

Ensure product quality standards are met through inspection and testing.

Read and interpret engineering drawings for accurate production.

Manage and coordinate labor to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.

Identify and resolve any quality or production issues efficiently.

Work closely with the design and production teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in fabrication and sheet metal industry.

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and production techniques.

Ability to manage labor and ensure timely production.

Understanding of quality control processes in manufacturing.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Location: Alandi, Pune

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
