Job Title: Purchase Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts to safeguard the interests of the organization.

**Cost Analysis and Budgeting**:

- Analyze costs and market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets for procurement activities.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased goods meet established standards and specifications.

**Inventory Management**:

- Implement effective inventory management practices, including JIT and EOQ principles.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet operational needs while minimizing carrying costs.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry best practices.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on procurement activities for management review.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and finance teams, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location - Alandi, Pune

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
