Job description:

Skills required

  • 2-4y years of strong experience in 3D Modeling and Drafting using Solidworks.
  • Good experience in designing complex mechanical assemblies with engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of different manufacturing processes. (Knowledge about machines - conventional & advanced- will be an added advantage).
  • Inclination and interest for mechanical systems, mechanisms and assembly interfaces with static parts / relative motion etc.
  • Basic design calculations and selection of standard parts / COTS like fasteners, O-ring, Gaskets and Bearing etc.

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack up analysis, DFMEA.
  • Basic manufacturing processes of mechanical assemblies.
  • Proficient in CAD modeling in Solidwork & able to prepare 3D layouts & 2D drawings.

Soft skills required

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professionalism and team work.
