Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Asset Servicing Engineering team. This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Architect, develop and maintain server-side applications using C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET and .NET Core
  • Design and implement responsive, user-centric UIs with Angular
  • Author, tune and manage SQL Server databases: tables, indexes, views, queries and stored procedures
  • Build and orchestrate ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Create, deploy and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Automate build, deployment and operational tasks with PowerShell scripting
  • Partner with business analysts, QA engineers and other stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Troubleshoot, profile and refactor existing codebases to boost performance, reliability and maintainability
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Proven experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and .NET Core
  • Strong expertise in Angular for front-end development
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including database design and query optimization
  • Proficiency in SSIS and SSRS for ETL and reporting solutions
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior developers is a plus
