About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET + )
to lead architecture, design, and development for scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across backend (.NET Core/C#), frontend ), and cloud (Azure), combined with strong leadership and mentoring abilities. This role offers the opportunity to influence engineering best practices, evolve tooling, and guide junior developers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Role

  • Lead
    full-stack development
    using
    .NET (C#)
    and

  • Define and implement
    system architecture
    ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Apply
    SOLID principles
    ,
    TDD/BDD
    , and clean code practices throughout the stack.
  • Drive
    code reviews
    , maintain CI/CD pipelines, and uphold engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    product, design, and engineering teams
    .
  • Evolve
    internal tools and development processes
    to improve efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide
    mid-level and junior developers to foster technical growth.

Must-Haves

  • 9+ years
    of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    .NET Core / C#
    and
    modern JS frameworks
    preferred).
  • Expertise in
    REST APIs
    ,
    Git
    ,
    automated testing
    , and
    CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Experience with
    SQL Server
    or
    Postgres
    , including
    query optimization
    and
    indexing
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Azure Cloud Services
    (Functions, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Insights — any two required).
  • Proficiency with
    Entity Framework Core
    , migrations, and performance tuning (AsNoTracking, projections, compiled queries).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Redis caching
    , including invalidation strategies (cache-aside / TTL).
  • Strong understanding of
    OAuth2/OIDC
    ,
    webhooks
    ,
    retries/backoff
    , and
    idempotency
    .
  • Experience in
    profiling and load testing
    (e.g., .NET profilers, k6, JMeter) with performance metric tracking (latency, throughput, error rate, cost impact).
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    and proven ability to
    mentor and lead
    code reviews.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with
    Infrastructure-as-Code
    tools (Terraform, Bicep).
  • Familiarity with
    Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
    principles.
  • Background in
    health tech
    or other regulated industries.
  • Open-source contributions or experience in
    technical talks/conferences
