We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Outreach Management Intern to support our team in expanding our professional network, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and events. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a structured approach to follow-ups and documentation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple outreach channels while maintaining accurate records and timely updates.

Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support operations, outreach, and communication initiatives. The role involves managing LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, following up on pending actions, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will play a key role in strengthening our professional network, streamlining communication, and keeping operational activities on track. Key Responsibilities: Execute LinkedIn and WhatsApp outreach campaigns to expand and maintain connections. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely updates and reminders. Maintain and manage calendars, deadlines, and meeting logistics. Track and follow up on pending tasks and communications. Document outreach efforts and prepare regular progress reports.
