Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Analyst located in Aluva. The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and communicating findings. Daily tasks include conducting detailed data analysis, liaising with stakeholders, documenting business processes, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
  • Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis or related fields are a plus
  • MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
