Job Description:

  • • The candidate will be based at the corporate office of the pharma company in Mumbai, handling CSR activity.
  • • Candidate will be responsible for formulating CSR policy and strategy in light of legislation, governance, compliance & business requirements and plan, conceptualize & end-to-end execute new initiatives & programs. This will include assigning budgets, tracking progress with periodic reviews, risk plan mitigation and having governance, audits & checks in place.
  • • Candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business stakeholders and with external partners (NGOs, Foundations, Government, Customers) to drive CSR programs.
  • • Candidate will be responsible for identifying programs with NGO partners that align with CSR mandate and monitoring of external partners (Financial, Governance & Program).
  • • Candidate will be responsible for compiling quarterly & financial reports on various projects, CSR reporting to Board of Directors, CSR committee and creating and designing CSR content for the website.
  • • Candidate will be responsible to identify financial risk assessment & prepare mitigation plan and preparing MCA report & CSR annual report for various business entities.
  • • Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management and monitoring and representing the organization at various events.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • • Candidate should be any graduate having minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in CSR activities, NGO audit, building and managing CSR team (Executive), volunteers etc.
  • • Should have experience and proficiency in strategizing and creating various CSR products and discussing various ideas for properly utilizing funds.
  • • Candidate should have good communication skills related to the projects being managed.
  • • Candidate should have advanced working knowledge of PPT.
  • • Candidate should have good experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in manufacturing industries or pharma companies.
