Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced React Native Trainer specializing exclusively in mobile application development. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in building and deploying advanced mobile apps, creating custom libraries, and developing highly animated and VR-integrated applications. The role involves mentoring and training students or professionals in real-world, project-based learning environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced training sessions on React Native mobile app development.
  • Guide learners through the entire app lifecycle — from UI/UX design to deployment.
  • Demonstrate building high-performance, animation-rich, and VR/AR-enabled applications.
  • Develop and explain custom native modules and advanced integrations.
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and code reviews during practical sessions.
  • Prepare training materials, assignments, and live projects.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide continuous improvement feedback.
  • Stay current with the latest mobile trends, libraries, and industry standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 12–15 years of total mobile app development experience, with proven expertise in React Native.
  • Strong experience in iOS development (Swift / Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java).
  • Proven ability to integrate complex animations, gesture handling, and VR/AR modules.
  • Expertise in API integration, state management, and mobile architecture.
  • Solid understanding of App Store / Play Store deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Prior experience as a trainer, corporate instructor, or technical mentor is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹321, ₹1,480,815.98 per year
