Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by networking with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
  • Organize and attend client meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
  • Handle negotiation and deal closures independently.
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and provide on-site support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports to management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in sales - preferably in lighting, tiles, paints, cement, steel, construction, or building materials.
  • Existing network with architects, designers, and builders is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to extensive travel within the region.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing)
