
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by networking with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and potential clients.
- Organize and attend client meetings, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Handle negotiation and deal closures independently.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements and provide on-site support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports to management.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in sales - preferably in lighting, tiles, paints, cement, steel, construction, or building materials.
- Existing network with architects, designers, and builders is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and open to extensive travel within the region.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing)
