Roles and Responsibilities

Perform inward, in-process, and final inspection of semi-finished and finished machined items.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Handle and operate measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, 2D height gauges, bore gauges, surface finish testers, and electrical parameter checking devices. (CMM operator experience is an added advantage.)

Ensure adherence to ISO procedures and requirements in the quality control process.

Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation for quality audits.

Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and suggest improvements.

Utilize computers for reporting and data analysis efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR ITI with 5+ years of relevant experience.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection of machined items.

Strong knowledge of measurement tools and techniques.

Experience with ISO quality standards and procedures.

Proficiency in using computers for documentation and reporting.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
