Dear All,ACL Digital is hiring for remotely for Telecom QA / OSS–BSS Test EngineerJob Description: Telecom QA / OSS–BSS Test EngineerExperience: 7 Years – 18 Years Location: PAN India(Remote) Employment Type: Full TimeNotice Period: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Telecom QA / OSS-BSS Test Engineer with strong expertise in OSS, Inventory, NMS/EMS systems, network layers, and end-to-end testing of telecom platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on knowledge of UI testing, REST APIs, micro services, database validation, and strong debugging skills. Experience working with leading telecom platforms such as Ericsson OSS, Metasolv, NetCracker, and Cramer is preferred.This role requires strong problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and excellent programming capability in testing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end testing across Telecom OSS/BSS, Inventory, and NMS/EMS systems.Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and workflows aligned with business and technical requirements.Conduct UI and User Interface testing for web-based telecom applications.Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools and perform API-level regression.Work closely with system flows across Network Layers (L1/L2/L3) and telecom provisioning systems.Test and validate workflows in platforms like Ericsson OSS, Metasolv, NetCracker, and Cramer.Perform defect management in JIRA—tracking, logging, reporting, and driving closure with development teams.Work on microservices-based architectures, validating service interaction, database consistency, and logs.Execute CLI-based validations on UNIX/Linux systems for logs, configs, and system-level checks.Perform database testing using SQL queries to verify backend data accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Architecture, Product) to ensure feature completeness and quality.Troubleshoot and debug issues across UI, API, and backend layers.Ensure end-to-end ecosystem validation across multiple OSS/BSS/NMS platforms and integrations.Required Technical SkillsTelecom & OSS/BSS DomainsTelecom OSS, Inventory Management SystemsNMS/EMS platformsTelecom BSSNetwork Layer fundamentals (Routing, Switching, Provisioning)Experience with:Ericsson OSSMetasolvNetCrackerCramerTesting & QA SkillsEnd-to-End testing of telecom ecosystemsStrong experience in QA testing methodologiesUI / User Interface testingREST API testing using PostmanDefect Management using JiraGood programming knowledge for test automation or scriptingStrong debugging and root-cause analysis skillsExperience with microservices testingTechnical Tools & PlatformsCLI / UNIX / LinuxDatabases (SQL / NoSQL)REST APIMicroservices architecturesLog analysis and debugging toolsSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent logical reasoningAbility to work in cross-functional, fast-paced telecom environmentsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionIf you are find suitable your self with the above job posting do share me your profile to amit.k@acldigital.com.
