**Job Title: QA Inspector – Ambar Group

Role Summary**

The QA Inspector ensures that forged and machined components meet Ambar Group's and customers' quality standards through systematic inspection, documentation, and process adherence.

**Key Responsibilities


• Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspection of forged/machin

ed parts.


• Check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, hardness, and visual defects.


• Use measuring instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.


• Maintain inspection reports, NCRs, rejection logs, and traceability.


• Verify parts as per drawings, SOPs, and control plans.


• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production for corrective action.


• Support first piece approval, PPAP samples, and customer audit requirements.

**Requirements


• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Productionx/Metallurgy.


• 1–5 years' experience in forging/machining quality inspection preferred.


• Ability to read engineering drawings and handle measuring instruments.


• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.****
