**DESIGNATION : Sr. QUALITY EXECUTIVE (INCOMING)**

**REPORTS TO : QUALITY HEAD**

**KEY PURPOSE : To assure the product quality as per standards.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**- KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets**

**- Responsible for quality department activities ,covers documentation, control and implementation**

**As per QMS / MSES/EMS /OSHAS system.**

**- Plan, conduct and monitoring testing, inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.**

**- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the Supplier quality.**

**- Certify the right products or reject defectives**

**- Develop, recommend and monitor outcomes CAPA on supplier concerns.**

**- Develop quality assurance plan by identifying the significant characteristics and implement the measure to control it at supplier end.**

**- Supplier up gradation BOP/ Molding / job work suppliers**

**- Supervise quality inspector and provide guidance and training.**

**- PPAP and PTR at supplier end**

**- Ensure All Testing Facilities Are Calibrated And Maintained**

**- To identity area for improvement and implement Kaizen/5S**

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

**INCUMBENT PROFILE**:
**- Education : Degree / Diploma in Plastic/Polymer/Mechanical**

**- Experience : 5 yrs to 7 yrs in QA department in Plastic Molding Industry**

**- Communication skills, Decision making**

**- Computer Proficiency**
